Up to 32 workstations can access the data in parallel. Our workstation software runs on standard multimedia computers with Windows as operating system.

No. All our systems run under Windows and can be operated accordingly with the mouse.

With our systems, you can assign specific usage rights to each user. In addition, critical monitoring and recording functions are protected by passwords.

Yes. Each recording can be easily emailed as a .wav or .mp3 file.

Via the internal RDX drives and/or via NAS systems that you connect.

Yes, recordings can be provided with short comments or notes with max. 255 characters.

Very fast. Our systems have a search and filter function. This allows you to search by date, time, channel, incoming or outgoing number, among other things

No. However, we recommend that you connect your recording and backup system to an uninterruptible power supply (UPS).

Our systems have a so-called data recovery routine. This means that after a power failure, the system automatically boots up and restores the last state.

In addition to the statutory warranty, we offer various service packages. These include an extended warranty, service support with defined response times, and maintenance contracts.

Service contract customers receive patches and updates free of charge.

Of course. Voice Collect serves all markets with its products. The only exceptions are countries that are subject to an international embargo.

Yes, this is part of our service. We offer on-site installations as well as remote installation support. In addition, you can receive user training from our expert staff.
